Dr. Henry Fung considers himself a true New Yorker. After moving here from Philadelphia, PA when he was only a few months old with his family, Dr. Fung grew up in Hell’s Kitchen and continues to live in the community. After attending elementary, middle, and high school here in NYC, Dr. Fung got his first taste of suburban life at the University of Buffalo (SUNY) where he majored in Biological Sciences with a concentration in Pre-Health. His deep admiration of NYC lured him back to the Big Apple where he obtained his Doctor of Dental Surgery from NYU College of Dentistry.

Dr. Fung completed his General Practice Residency at NYU Langone Health (formerly NYU Lutheran Medical Center) in Sunset Park, Brooklyn, where he was able to provide comprehensive dental care to a diverse population of patients. After a successful completion of his first year in GPR, he was selected to be a Chief Resident where he further his dental education with focuses on advanced procedures such as root canal therapy, surgical extractions, esthetics, implant placements, and implant restorations.

In his spare time, Dr. Fung enjoys exploring the city by walking and biking around, cooking and baking at home, going to museums and attending Broadway shows. He loves to checkout new restaurants and is always open to new suggestions. You can always find a smile on Dr. Fung’s face, because he thinks a smile can be infectious and hope to make all his patients smile.

Dr. Tony Voong (he/him) is a New York City-based general and cosmetic dentist known for his aesthetic eye, ethical care, and calming, personalized approach. At the heart of his work is a belief that dentistry should feel intentional, not transactional—and that great care starts with listening.

Born and raised in Texas as a first-generation Chinese American, Dr. Voong earned his degrees from St. Edward’s University and the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry. He completed his postdoctoral residency in Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) at NYU Langone Health.

With a background shaped by both clinical rigor and creative influence—thanks to his community of friends in fashion, design, and architecture—Dr. Voong brings a strong sense of visual harmony and technical precision to every case. Whether it's a routine checkup or a full smile transformation, his treatment philosophy is grounded in conservative planning, patient education, and high-quality, natural results.

He has also provided care through international mission trips in Guatemala and community outreach clinics in Minneapolis and New York City—experiences that solidified his commitment to making dentistry more accessible, informed, and emotionally intelligent.

At FORME, Dr. Voong is reimagining the dental experience. His goal: to create a space where patients feel informed, relaxed, and genuinely cared for—where confidence is built one conversation, and one smile, at a time.

Outside the practice, you’ll find him cycling through the city, discovering new restaurants, attending Broadway shows, and catching live music. His personality? Smiley, kind, and witty—just like the care he delivers.
